*Conditions apply. A third party electrician will need to be arranged by the customer to connect the lighting circuits and smart wall plates, along with a licensed locksmith.

You can expand this system further to include “scenarios” where at the push of a single button, and combination of tasks are performed. • Client’s licensed locksmith to install Yale lock.
• Active Internet Point in the room where equipment will be located.
• If a Network Switch is needed this is an additional cost.
• Single Storey Installation, Two Storey homes will be subject to additional costs.
